I have only been smoking around 10 years but as you other smokers know it is a hard habit to kick. I created this blog to hopefully help me along the way to a smoke free life not only for me but for my daughter as well. I don't want to be one of these dads that take their kids to the park to play with them then have to sit down after 10 mins because I have gotten to much out of breath.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;I plan on doing this from my own will power and a wall chart (provided by tesco lol) I don't plan on using any of the other ways to quit such as patches, gum and all the other random bull that people have used.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;I would be greatful if anyone that reads this blog has any tips of any form please contact me as any form of help would be greatfully received.
