I decided it's time to kick the filthy habit of smoking. I have only been smoking around 10 years but as you other smokers know it is a hard habit to kick. I created this blog to hopefully help me along the way to a smoke free life not only for me but for my daughter as well. I don't want to be one of these dads that take their kids to the park to play with them then have to sit down after 10 mins because I have gotten to much out of breath.
I plan on doing this from my own will power and a wall chart (provided by tesco lol) I don't plan on using any of the other ways to quit such as patches, gum and all the other random bull that people have used.
